Full Stack Engineer

We are a highly innovative microlearning SaaS platform used by some of the biggest enterprises in the world to streamline and optimize their employee training. We incorporate cutting-edge technologies, including AI, to deliver impactful solutions. Our team is ~20 people (including a 7-person R&D group), working in hybrid mode from an office located right in front of the Tel Aviv beach.

We are looking for a Senior Developer with strong expertise in frontend development and solid full-stack experience. You’ll play a key role in building high-quality products end-to-end, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers.

• Architect and develop complex, high-performance front-end applications with React and TypeScript, delivering seamless user experiences across web and mobile.
• Design and maintain backend services using Node.js with Postgres and MongoDB.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Participate in architectural decisions and technical design reviews.
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior developers where needed.

• 8+ years professional software development experience with a focus on frontend (JS/TS, React, HTML, CSS) and full-stack delivery.
• Mobile: React Native (2+ years of experience).
• Backend: Node.js with Postgres & MongoDB (4+ years of experience).
• State management: Redux.
• Testing: Cypress, Jest, or similar frameworks.
• DevOps: Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Proven track record of independence, responsibility, and project ownership.

• Strong English (written and spoken) for effective communication.

• Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Previous experience managing people or leading projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Java/Kotlin (Android) or Swift (iOS) for native mobile development.
