Experienced Product Manager - Supply Chain

We’re looking for an experienced and sharp Product Manager to lead and build our visibility product, and enable native GenAI logistics products that live at the intersection of operations and finance.

As a Product Manager at Windward, you will join a team of product managers, own a defined value stream, lead the product roadmap, and manage the end to end feature delivery and adoption.

You will work closely with the commercial teams to understand customer needs and shape the right features to deliver, and collaborate with architects, engineers, data scientists, and UX designers to deliver features in scope and on time.

What will you do?

• Lead the freight visibility product.
• Understand user, customer and market needs and learn to differentiate between them to drive both, user adoption and revenue growth.
• Own the product roadmap for the value stream under your management, and be accountable for setting and communicating priorities.
• Manage market expansion, taking care of localization requirements, including local fees and regulation

Who are you?

• 4+ years of experience in managing data products - a must
• Experience managing logistics, mobility or fintech products - an advantage
• Proven experience in managing and delivering AI-based products.
• Experience building and delivering LLMs-based features
• Experience in running agile development cycles with cross-functional teams
• Fluent English speaker, with great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Willingness to travel up to twice per quarter.
