Product Designer

🚀 We're looking for a talented Product Designer to join our fast-moving Digital Division!

🌟 What You'll Do:

• Design intuitive UX and UI for advanced web applications and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Take full ownership of the design process — from user research and wireframing to pixel-perfect UI and developer handoff.
• Drive creative thinking and ask the right questions to simplify complex problems.

🎯 What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience designing digital products in a civilian company, or 3+ years in a defense setting.
• Strong command of design tools such as Figma.
• Proven experience designing for complex systems.
• Experience with both web and mobile design – an advantage.
• Active security clearance – major plus.
• Familiarity with military systems – advantage.
• High-level English; academic degree not required.

• Based in Ramat Gan (light rail accessible); relocation to the South (near Be'er Sheva) planned next year.
• Hybrid flexibility after onboarding (1 remote day/week).
