We’re known for solving complex, mission-critical challenges by delivering cutting-edge solutions in AI/ML, Cybersecurity, HPC, Cloud, and Enterprise Platforms. Now, we’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive high-impact software projects for our global clients.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end software delivery across industries — from discovery to deployment.
• Own project scope, timeline, risk, and resource coordination across Dev, QA, DevOps, and Data teams.
• Serve as the bridge between technical execution and client vision, translating business needs into actionable plans.
• Manage projects involving AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Distributed Systems, High-Performance Computing, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Drive KPI tracking, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
• Implement agile methodologies, monitor metrics, and report on progress with precision.

🧠 What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in software development environments.
• A technical, hands-on background in software engineering and R&D, with the ability to dive deep when needed.
• Proven knowledge of:
• 
  
• Distributed Systems
• Cybersecurity principles
• AI/ML concepts
• Enterprise-grade platforms
• High Performance Computing (HPC)
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong stakeholder communication, leadership, and cross-functional team management skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, velocity, backlog grooming, and identifying blockers or inefficiencies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, and ability to adapt to fast-changing priorities.

💡 Bonus Points For:

• Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Certification in Agile, Scrum, or PMP methodologies.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field (M.Sc. is a plus).
• Background in high-tech R&D, defense, or mission-critical environments.
