What You’ll Do
- Analyze and define complex core systems
- Translate business needs into clear and accurate specifications (including S2T)
- Work closely with business stakeholders, tech, and Data teams
- Support development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst – must
- Background in insurance / InsurTech (Life / Health / P&C) – must
- Proven experience writing business & technical specs (including S2T) – must
- SQL skills
- Experience working with Dev, PMs, and QA teams
