Responsibilities

Taking responsibility for end-to-end outsourcing recruitment processes

Opening positions/jobs

Conducting discussions with clients to understand needs of open positions

Advertising open positions in various media

Locating, filtering and sorting suitable resumes

Sending suitable resumes with opinion statements to clients

Conducting interviews and writing opinion statements

Following up on responses with clients after revealing candidates

Requirements

Relevant bachelor's degree

At least one year of experience at a placement/employment agency - Must

Experience in technological recruitment

Experience working with clients

Ability to work under pressure and multitask

Excellent productivity, creativity and interpersonal skills
