About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Human Resources (VP HR) to lead the global People & Culture function during a period of organizational growth and transformation. The VP HR will be a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO, and will play a central role in shaping the organization’s people strategy, culture, and workforce.
We are looking for someone who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments, with global HR experience, a track record managing teams across multiple regions, and the ability to partner closely with founders and executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Define and implement a global HR strategy aligned with company objectives across Israel, Europe, and the U.S.
- Executive Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, founders, and leadership team, influencing strategic decision-making with people insights.
- Team & Global HR Management: Lead and mentor HR teams across multiple geographies, ensuring scalability, consistency, and collaboration.
- Organizational Design & Workforce Planning: Drive headcount planning, organizational design, and change management to support rapid growth.
- Talent Acquisition & Development: Build leadership pipelines and oversee global recruitment, succession planning, and employee development.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee competitive global C&B programs, including equity/stock plans and multi-region benefits.
- Culture & Employee Experience: Strengthen engagement, performance, and recognition while maintaining flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Global HR Operations: Ensure compliance and best practices across HR processes and operations worldwide.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 3+ years at VP or Director level.
- Proven track record leading HR in global, multi-country organizations of 200+ employees.
- Experience working with founders and founder-led organizations (advantage).
- Expertise in organizational design, talent management, compensation & benefits, and global HR operations.
- Strong adaptability to change and ability to lead transformation in fast-moving environments.
- Fluent in English & Hebrew (another European language is an advantage).
