Noma Security is redefining how organizations secure their data lifecycle in the AI era. As a key member of our Product team, you’ll own the documentation strategy and execution that empowers customers to adopt, integrate, and succeed with our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, sales, and customer success to design and deliver clear, impactful documentation across the full user journey. This role is perfect for an experienced technical writer who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves transforming complexity into clarity, and wants to build the documentation discipline at a security startup. You’ll report to our Head of Product and partner with cross-functional teams in Tel Aviv and beyond.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Own Documentation Strategy: Define and evolve the documentation strategy and information architecture to meet the needs of enterprise customers.
• Create User-Centric Docs: Deliver clear, accurate, and up-to-date product documentation that drives adoption from onboarding through ongoing use.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with engineering, product, sales, and customer success to capture knowledge and translate it into customer-facing assets.
• Build Documentation Infrastructure: Establish tooling, processes, and standards for efficient documentation development and scaling.

✅ Requirements for Success

• 5+ years of technical writing experience in complex B2B enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in information architecture and documentation process design.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• Bonus: Leadership background as a lead or manager in technical writing.
• Bonus: Startup experience.
