Job Description

Role Overview:

Searching for a talented and passionate Project manager, with strong problem solving and accountability skills to partner with us on a project to sequence and implement BLE beacons within tunnels worldwide using an in-house provisioning system. The ideal vendor will have strong project management skills, understanding the technical aspect of the program, accountability for our users and partners and strong communication skills (verbal and written).This is an exciting opportunity to influence the product experience used by millions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become a Subject Matter Expert: Master the Beacons program's processes, tools, and functions to serve as a primary resource for the team.
• Handle Technical Escalations: Act as a Tier 3 point of contact for our support teams, resolving complex technical and partner-related inquiries.
• Program Tracking and Performance:
• Collaborate with global support teams to ensure partners receive timely and high-quality assistance.
• Partner with internal engineering, product management, and program management teams to escalate issues and drive program improvements.
• Monitor the status of ongoing work and partner activity to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards are met.
• Build project timeline, action items. risks management etc
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes and tools, propose solutions, and lead implementation efforts in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
• Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for team members, and create and maintain comprehensive documentation for program processes and tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

Required:

• 2-3 years of Project management experience.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and partners.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Preferred Skills:
• Background in location-based services and indoor positioning.
• Basic RF (radio frequency) background
