Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the CRM roadmap in alignment with the company’s business strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and design data-driven solutions that create measurable business value.
• Partner with multiple stakeholders across the organization to ensure CRM initiatives are fully embedded in business operations.
• Lead cross-company projects, including CRM system replacements and integrations with external vendors.
• Introduce and leverage AI-driven tools to enhance processes, analytics, and decision-making.
• Translate complex data and system capabilities into actionable business insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing CRM projects in mid-sized or complex organizations – a must.
• Strong business orientation with the ability to connect CRM initiatives to broader company goals.
• Experience working in dynamic environments with many cross-functional interfaces.
• Excellent strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and development processes.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with practical experience using AI tools.
• Advantage: experience with ERP and integration platforms.
• Advantage: experience with Dynamics or Siebel systems.
