R&D Physicist – El-Mul Technologies (Exosens Group)

El-Mul Technologies, part of the global Exosens Group, develops and manufactures advanced detectors for electron microscopes, semiconductor analysis tools, and mass spectrometry systems. Our multidisciplinary team of 65+ experts works across physics, engineering, and system design to deliver high-end solutions for leading industries and research institutes worldwide.
We’re looking for an R&D Physicist to join our innovation-driven team and play a key role in developing next-generation detection technologies.
What you’ll do
- Lead feasibility studies for new concepts and technologies
- Design, execute, and analyze complex experiments & simulations
- Define product specifications based on application needs
- Drive product characterization and validation
- Manage R&D projects from concept to production
- Collaborate with global customers, suppliers, and partners
What we’re looking for
- MSc/PhD in Physics / Physical Electronics
- Proven ability to lead independent R&D projects
- Hands-on experimental and problem-solving skills
- Experience with simulation & data analysis (MATLAB/Python – advantage)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication & teamwork skills
- Project management experience – advantage
- Fluent English (spoken & written)
