Subcontractor Lead

Elmo is looking for a Subcontractor Lead to join our growing Operations team!

• Lead and manage all subcontractors efficiently and effectively, ensuring alignment with ongoing production targets and providing accurate status updates to Operations and Company leadership.
• Take part in the identification and selection process of subcontractors, including defining KPIs for their performance.
• Oversee day-to-day subcontractor operations: track delivery performance (OTD), quality metrics, budget adherence, resource utilization, and risk management.
• Participate in planning vs. execution meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow-up.
• Serve as a key link between technical departments and subcontractors, providing first-line support in manufacturing engineering, technology, and quality aspects.
• Lead QBR (Quarterly Business Review) routines with suppliers and ensure KPI accountability.
• Present status reports and an integrated operational view to senior management.
  
  

• Certified Practical Engineer (CPE)- mandatory
• 5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing environments (engineering, subcontractor management, production planning/control, or production)- mandatory
• ERP system experience- required, preferably Priority ERP
• Familiarity with engineering systems- an advantage
• Willingness to travel to subcontractor sites- mandatory
• Strong proficiency in Hebrew and English- both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and excellent interpersonal skills
