Sales Manager

Netline Communications Technologies provides force protection & anti-terror solutions to leading defense & HLS agencies.

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our sales team and lead business growth in international markets.

The role involves end-to-end responsibility for managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving sales processes from first contact to deal closure.

What you’ll do

• Develop and manage relationships with key clients and commercial partners worldwide
• Identify and drive new business opportunities and channels
• Lead sales processes from first contact to deal closure
• Deliver professional presentations and demonstrations to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution

Requirements – Must Have:

• 10+ years of international sales experience
• Proven experience in international sales within the defense industry (strong advantage: experience in RF and communications sectors)
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering – mandatory
• Proven track record managing global client accounts
• Willingness to travel frequently abroad
