Full Stack Tech Leader - C# + React

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# and React, with hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development, and the ability to lead complex development efforts within Linux and/or Windows environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary development team
• Design and implement end-to-end software solutions (frontend & backend)
• Contribute to system architecture and technology decisions
• Integrate advanced components such as mapping/GIS, real-time communication, and video processing
• Collaborate with system engineers, cybersecurity experts, and product managers
• Develop high-performance, scalable, and secure software systems
• Drive best practices in software development, including code reviews and version control

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on development with C#
• Proven experience with React, including advanced usage of Hooks (useState, useRef, useEffect, etc.)
• Strong understanding and practical use of Redux for state management
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and WebRTC
• Solid knowledge of video streaming/processing technologies
• Experience in integrating mapping components (e.g., GIS)
• Familiarity with system-level architecture and large-scale systems
• Hands-on experience working with GIT in a collaborative environment
• Experience developing in secure, regulated environments – an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering – advantage

Additional Advantages:

• Experience in the defense industry or with classified systems
• Security clearance – preferred
