The Gaming Content domain drives evoke’s casino games offering, supporting growth across brands like 888, William Hill, and Mr. Green. The portfolio includes around 5,000 games (with 500 live casino tables), growing by ~500 new titles each year from leading suppliers and evoke’s in-house Section8 Studio.

The Head of Gaming Content spearheads and oversees this unit from both strategic and tactical perspectives, working closely with different functions across evoke to streamline content release and build long-term roadmaps with new and existing providers.

Reporting to the Director of Gaming & Content, the Head of Gaming Content manages a team of about 35 specialists across UK Content, Rest of the World Content, Live Casino, Content Compliance, Content Delivery, and Section8.

What you will be doing:

• Lead the Gaming Content domain to optimize release processes across all brands/markets.
• Ensure full transparency across the business om releases status and roadmap.
• Drive the development and delivery of financial KPIs through preparation and execution of detailed tactical growth and marketing plans.
• Lead and develop the domain to support and deliver evoke's long term strategy of revenues, product and marketing.
• Partner with Commercial & Marketing teams to develop and execute content related campaigns, roadmaps and unique player journies.
• Partner with Product and Tech teams to deliver the gaming & casino product roadmap.
• Understanding of technology flows, integrations, configurations and setups.
• Keep up-to-date with market and industry knowledge and ensure all games offerings and relationships with suppliers are compliant with all relevant regulations
• Regular communication and reporting of performances against KPIs
• Work closely with the Business Intelligence function to set up the necessary tracking mechanisms to analyze and report on business performance
• Work closely and further build relationships with evoke’s existing content providers to ensure a consistent improvement of player experience
• Seek out new providers and orchestrate the integration of those products into our different Casino & Sports platforms
• Champion collaborative ways of working within and across teams and departments and serve as an ambassador for Operational Excellence within the Casino function and evoke as a whole
• Hold key responsibility for commercials and contract management with all suppliers.
• Respond and resolve incidents on game query escalations that need inputs of a game expert
• Collaborate with other operational teams and stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and implement those that are approved, then measure the results.

Who we are looking for:

• Managerial experience, preferably managers manager, who can motivate and harness his team members to evoke's vision and business goals
• Has strong igaming industry background, in an operator or supplier in a content ops or product role - must
• Understands technical flows and dependencies.
• Data centric with strong analytical skills, experience with dashboards such as PowerBI, Tablaue
• Led/been involved in business negotiations, agreements reviews and legal discussions around commercials.
• Able to see the "big picture" but dive into the details when needed
• Confident with engaging with senior management
• Operations/Project Management leading experience – important!
• Ability to work in a diverse multi-cultural environment
• Good recommendations from industry peers and past employers
• A passionate professional who cares about content diversity and player engagement.
• A healthy, positive, can do attitude. A creative thinker focused on problem solving and solutions rather than the problems themselves.
• A true people's person, not a lone wolf, able to handle a diversified team of talents situated across multiple locations.
