We’re looking for a DevOps & Infrastructure Coordinator to join our team.
This role combines technical operations support, hosting and domain management, Cloudflare administration, QA process oversight, and project coordination. You will help ensure that infrastructure, automation, and DevOps workflows run smoothly while maintaining ticketing, QA processes, and clear communication across teams and providers.
Key Responsibilities:
DevOps & Infrastructure – Support deployments, CI/CD monitoring, hosting & domains (Namecheap or similar), Cloudflare DNS/CDN/security, VMware RDP servers, and workflow automation.
Frontend & Application – Track and coordinate tickets (bugs, UI/UX, features), ensure proper documentation, and monitor releases.
Project & Ticketing – Manage tasks in Jira/Monday/Trello, assign and prioritize tickets, and coordinate between internal teams and external providers.
QA Oversight – Oversee QA workflows, bug reporting, and testing to ensure smooth releases, working closely with QA and developers.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in ticketing/project management tools.
• Experience with domain & hosting management (Namecheap or similar).
• Familiarity with Cloudflare DNS/CDN/security.
• Basic experience in RDP & ESXi administration.
• Understanding of QA methodologies and bug-tracking workflows.
• Good communication skills to manage cross-team coordination.
Nice to Have
• Linux/Windows scripting (bash, PowerShell).
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Automation integration (Zapier, APIs, or custom scripts).
• Experience in SaaS or iGaming operations.
