What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our growing product & design team in Tel Aviv. As a Product Designer at Hyro, you’ll help transform complex problems and concepts into an engaging, valuable experience, designing the next generation of conversational AI. You will help translate business and product requirements into beautiful, intuitive screens and flows. You will also conduct user research and testing, applying good design practices and bringing fresh insights. Responsibilities:

• Design and own the UX and UI of our client-facing products
• Prototype and test ideas and iterate fast based on users’ and stakeholders’ feedback, and based on real-time analytics
• Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to turn intangible visions into tangible product
• Define reusable design components and a strong design system
  
  

• Bachelor's degree from a leading design institute
• 3-5 years of experience as a product designer in a fast-paced startup, preferably working on complex systems design
• Understanding of how to use AI to accelerate design work.
• Skilled in working on a design system using Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD and AI-powered design tools.
• Excellent collaborator with different stakeholders in product, R&D and design
• Experience in facilitating user interviews and user testing sessions is an advantage
• Self-motivated, agile, proactive, and fun to work with :)
