• Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities related to writing software programs to meet product roadmap.

• Lead a team of several SW engineers working on multiple projects.

• Provide technical leadership in all aspects of software development.

• Maintain and develop high-level of skillset and knowledge within the team.

• Collaborate effectively with all R&D teams from different disciplines: electronics, mechanics, and hardware.

MUST HAVE

• 4+ years experience in leading SW teams. Experience should include direct personnel management.

• B.Sc. in software engineering/computer science.

• Experience in software architecture.

• Experience with real-time embedded.

• Experience with sprint definitions.

• Good QA & QC capabilities.

• A leader, a savvy hands-on coder with the ability to drive people and raise the bar.

• Multi-tasking with can-do attitude, and problem-solving skills.

• Organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to establish plans of action to effectively ensure achievement of results.

• High standards for code quality, testing, and performance.
