RF Microwave Engineer

We're looking for a RF/Microwave Development Engineer to join the Microwave Engineering Department at our ELTA's Division!

The Position Includes:

• Design and development of RF circuit boards and modules
• Development of frequency sources
• Leading product development teams for RF and microwave frequency ranges

What We’re Looking For:

• B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – required
• At least 3 years of experience in RF and microwave design - required
• Experience with semiconductors and thermal solutions for power amplifiers
• Proficiency in developing integrated radio boards
• Willingness to learn and design using tools such as ADS and CST simulators
• Strong English skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• Excellent service and teamwork orientation

The Engineering & Systems Plant at ELTA is responsible for the development and production of electronic hardware, microwave components, and mechanics for all ELTA systems. Our Microwave Engineering Department leads the innovation of RF products that power ELTA's most advanced radar, communication, and electronic warfare technologies.
