We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work with HR data to provide insights that shape strategies, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain and analyze HR data (HRIS, payroll, workforce trends)
- Build reports and dashboards on headcount, attrition, and recruiting
- Support annual HR processes (performance reviews, compensation, talent planning)
- Deliver insights to HR Business Partners and leadership to drive strategy
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Analytics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Analytics
- Strong Excel and HRIS skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
