Security Operations Specialist

SECOPS Position at a Leading Tech Company!

A dynamic and fast-growing technology company, operating the most secure and reliable payment transaction infrastructure in Israel, is looking for an experienced SECOPS Engineer to join our Communication & Security Operations team.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of critical security systems in a high-impact environment.

• Manage and operate communication and security solutions in a GCP cloud environment
• Administer and maintain Firewalls, implementing security policies
• Operate and harden DDoS protection systems (WAF, IPS) – both infrastructure and application level
• Operate and harden EDR systems (CrowdStrike / Carbon Black)
• Perform periodic security testing and implement upgrades to ensure optimal protection
• Collaborate closely with IT and Security teams to resolve issues and improve existing systems.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Security Operations – must
• Proven experience with Firewalls, WAF, DLP, Proxy, Mail Relay – must
• Proven experience with EDR solutions (CrowdStrike / Carbon Black) – must
• Strong understanding of security events analysis and mitigation of service disruptions
• Experience in architecture design and documentation (HLD/LLD/RFP/RFI/SOW)
• Experience leading infrastructure and security projects in a matrix environment
• Hands-on experience with cloud security solutions – must
• Advantage: experience with CyberArk / GoAnywhere, and certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP.
