Credit Product Manager

hms, a leading strategic consulting firm in Israel, is looking for an experienced Product Manager in the fields of credit and data, to join a major banking client based in central Israel.

This is a meaningful opportunity to shape data-driven financial products in one of Israel’s leading banks.

Hybrid work model – work from both client site and home.

• Define product vision and roadmap in the data and credit domain
• Analyze customer behavior and write detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents)
• Lead cross-organizational initiatives related to data products
• Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Monitor, measure, and optimize product performance to identify trends, errors, and opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with suppliers and external service providers

• 3+ years of experience in product or project management – mandatory
• Proven experience writing business requirements and understanding technical specifications – mandatory
• Deep understanding of banking products (e.g., loans, mortgages, deposits) – advantage
• Familiarity with financial pricing models and concepts such as interest rates, switching costs, and credit risk
• Experience in credit underwriting or financial product pricing – advantage
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
• Strong understanding of data environments and working with complex data systems
• Bachelor's degree – significant advantage
• Strong English skills – reading, writing, and speaking
