Web Developer Tech Lead

🚀 We’re Hiring – Web Developer / Tech Lead (Defense Industry) 🚀

A leading defense company is establishing a new development team and looking for talented Web Developers to join from the very beginning. This is a unique opportunity to take part in building mission-critical systems from the ground up, combining cutting-edge technology with real impact.

What you’ll do

• Analyze requirements, study and run systems, and manage unit interfaces
• Develop according to work plans and industry standards (code conventions, reviews, documentation)
• Write design and architecture documents
• Develop applications using React and C#
• Run tests, support system integration, and debug issues
• Collaborate with engineers, share knowledge, and participate in team meetings
• Work with RESTful APIs, WebSocket, and mapping tools
• Contribute to system architecture and design
• For Lead position: take a central role in establishing the new team, define work practices, and lead development efforts (Backend & Frontend)

What we’re looking for

• At least 3 years of proven hands-on experience in C# and React in Linux/Windows environments
• Strong experience in Frontend & Backend development
• Proven knowledge of state management (Redux / Hooks)
• Ability to work with mapping systems – placing maps, adding layers/windows
• Experience with RESTful APIs and WebSocket
• Familiarity with large-scale, multidisciplinary systems (military/defense experience counts as relevant)
• Proven experience in building or leading new development units and mentoring developers
• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering – advantage
