Manufacturing Engineer - Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Ongoing engineering support for production lines and troubleshooting
• Failure analysis and root cause identification
• Quality issue resolution in manufacturing processes (MRB)
• Yield improvement
• Training production line workers
• NPI process support
• Manufacturing support facility planning
• Engineering documentation in PLM systems
• Interface with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• 5 years of experience in mechanical design in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in CAD software
• Experience with machining processes and mechanical assemblies
• Teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
• Professional English
• Background in the defense industry/experience with quality standards
