We are seeking an experienced Product Engineer for a significant and challenging role at a leading company in cryogenic cooling systems.
We offer an opportunity to work with advanced technologies in a meaningful role within a growing organization
Key Responsibilities:
- Ongoing engineering support for production lines and troubleshooting
- Failure analysis and root cause identification
- Quality issue resolution in manufacturing processes (MRB)
- Yield improvement
- Training production line workers
- NPI process support
- Manufacturing support facility planning
- Engineering documentation in PLM systems
- Interface with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- 5 years of experience in mechanical design in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Experience with machining processes and mechanical assemblies
- Teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional English
- Background in the defense industry/experience with quality standards
