Who are we?
Yael Group is a leading group of companies in the Israeli market, providing advanced technological solutions across a wide range of industries and sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 7 SAP trainers
- Lead end-to-end process training, build training methodologies, and implement business processes
- Participate in requirements workshops, analyze business workflows, and present current vs. desired state
- Develop customized training materials and lead on-site implementation sessions
- Collaborate closely with project managers, end-users, and development teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with SAP – mandatory
- Experience in training and/or implementation – mandatory
- Team management experience – strong advantage
- Strong process-oriented and methodological thinking, with the ability to develop training content and deliver effective instruction
- Willingness to work at multiple sites – company vehicle provided
- Flexibility for extended working hours, including availability on Fridays as needed, especially during go-live phases
