About the role:

We are looking for a Project Lead to drive a unique and strategic initiative – the implementation and migration of a new CRM system to a cloud-based environment.

This role includes end-to-end leadership of the project, active involvement in key decision-making processes, and their execution through matrix management of diverse teams.

The position requires close collaboration with a wide range of internal stakeholders – technology, business, and corporate functions (development, operations, sales, service, legal, and more), senior executives, as well as external vendors – to ensure goals and timelines are achieved.

• Lead a multi-year CRM replacement project through all phases: planning, execution, implementation, and post-go-live support

• Translate business needs into functional requirements and technical solutions, applying Agile methodologies

• Manage the overall project plan: timelines/sprints, budget, resources, scope, and risks

• Work closely with development, architecture, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders

• Manage relationships and interfaces with external vendors

• Provide regular updates in steering committees and coordinate with senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – Industrial Engineering & Management / Computer Science preferred

• 5+ years of experience managing complex technology projects

• Proven experience leading CRM implementation/replacement projects

• Hands-on experience in migrating legacy CRM systems to cloud environments

• Strong matrix management skills and the ability to lead multiple diverse teams

• Experience working with project methodologies – mandatory; Agile is a strong advantage

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, assertiveness, and ability to work with senior executives

• Proficiency in Jira project management tools
