IAI Brand Manager

We're looking for a Brand Manager to take the helm of its brand management at the corporate level!

The Position includes:

• Develop and lead the company’s long-term brand strategy, including narrative building, unified brand language, and positioning aligned with IAI’s business strategy.
• Manage the organization’s public image across markets, stakeholders, government entities, and the public.
• Design and implement cross-company branding campaigns to enhance and extend brand value.
• Oversee market research, analyze global trends, track KPIs, and report to senior management.
• Create synergy between branding, corporate strategy, and marketing communications to ensure consistent brand experience.
• Drive internal brand adoption across divisions and functions – including Communications, PR, HR, Business Development, Innovation, and Sustainability.
• Oversee brand identity guidelines and ensure consistent application across all platforms and channels.
• Cultivate a strong brand culture across all levels of the organization.

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Israeli citizenship
• Academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Design
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in brand management, strategic marketing, or senior marketing leadership – preferably in a global company
• Proven experience managing cross-organizational projects and working with multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent command of Hebrew and English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business or Marketing
• Familiarity with the defense and aerospace industries in Israel and globally
• Business and/or technological knowledge and experience
