We are hiring: System Analyst Team Lead
A leading company is looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of its System Analysis team. This is a key leadership role, managing a group of skilled System Analysts, driving complex enterprise applications and large-scale systems (Java-based), and shaping end-to-end processes in a dynamic environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 5-7 System Analysts, including mentoring and people management
- Perform system analysis for complex, cross-organizational processes and enterprise applications
- Define and document detailed technical specifications, including requirements gathering and system integration
- Design APIs and support implementation with development teams
- Utilize SQL and data analysis to support decision-making and system design
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and process improvement
- Apply Agile methodologies to manage priorities and deliver results
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical System Analyst – must
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, writing technical specifications, and API design – must
- Strong knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience with data analysis – must
- At least 2 years of proven team leadership and people management experience
- Previous experience in large-scale systems or enterprise environments
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and ability to drive process improvement in cross-functional teams
