About the role
IAI’s Missiles and Space Systems division is seeking a Servo Development Engineer to join our multidisciplinary R&D team.
This is a dynamic, hands-on position in the development of cutting-edge servo control systems used in advanced missile and aerospace applications.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing digital control boards for servo systems
- Defining and implementing control algorithms
- Participating in system-level integration and field testing
- Supporting multiple projects in parallel
- Coordinating with subcontractors, electronics production teams, and end users
What we’re looking for:
- BSc in Electrical or Electronics Engineering – required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in board design, analog circuit design, and power electronics – required
- Experience in motor control systems, power electronics, control theory, and working with DSPs – advantage
