The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nourish company's software QA flows, practices and standards
- Identify potential risks, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
- Lead QA for our mobile app development (iOS, Android)
- Plan, analyze, and improve QA flows
- Perform manual and automated QA
- Lead and innovate in QA – the sky is the limit!
- Plan and perform system performance validation activities
- Tech growth opportunity in agile, growing company
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in industry
- Experience with software QA flows, documentation and frameworks
- Make-stuff-happen mentality
- Ability to self-educate
- Advantage – experience with mobile development
