We are seeking a talented and motivated Operations Controller to join our company.

Requirements:

• At Least Six years of experience in Planning\ Operations roles in the semiconductor industry.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively prioritize tasks.
• In-depth knowledge of of supply chain processes, NPI and material planning systems.
• Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, tools driven by artificial intelligence, and platforms for analyzing supply chain data.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

• Excellent communication skills, ability to lead people and tasks in matrix environment, independent, responsible & proactive.
• High attention to details and execution.
• Education
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or equivalent experience
  
  

• Planning - Supply and Demand Planning for all company products.
• Build Maintain and track production plans, balance business opportunities and risks.
• Build and manage ERP planning tools.
• Create and manage internal demand in ERP system.
• Coordinate material movements between production sites.
• Implement new products in our ERP.
• Product Lifecycle Management (Agile) – Management of Finished goods items.
• Collect team demands and work with the information systems team to create new tools and improve existing ones.
