Were a fast-growing AI-first startup based in the Bursa district of Ramat Gan, is looking for a

hands-on Applied LLM Researcher to join our mission to reinvent how trust is built between

companies.

We’re seeking a pragmatic builder who thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge LLM research and

real-world user impact. In this role, you’ll own AI-powered product features end to end — from

clarifying the product needs, researching implementation approaches, and building production-ready

models, to ensuring they deliver value in the hands of users.

What You’ll Do

● Own NLP product features from concept to production: design, train, evaluate, and iterate on

models that power key user-facing functionality.

● Design and deploy LLM-based solutions for reasoning, decision-making, agent orchestration,

computer-use and structured response generation

● Research and validate LLM-driven approaches for solving user pain points, while working

● M.Sc. or higher specialized in AI LLM/NLP from a leading university with a 90+ GPA

● 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying NLP & LLM solutions.

● Proven ability to move from a product problem to a working AI solution with real impact.

● Proficiency in Python and ML tools (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn, etc.).

● Solid understanding of modern LLM capabilities, limits, and best practices.

● Experience with machine learning fundamentals (classification, generation, evaluation metrics,

etc.).

● Experience with building agentic systems - advantage
