Description:
abra is looking for a skilled Dynamics System Analyst to join a high-impact defense project. The role includes analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, managing security, implementing workflows and Power Automate flows, and collaborating with internal teams across departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of CRM systems analysis experience - mandatory
- At least 2 years hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM -mandatory
- Strong knowledge of core Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
- Experience with CRM configuration, customization, and integrations
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)
- Experience in production and test environments
