What We’re Looking For:

Technical Expertise:

 • 5+ years of experience in cross-platform mobile development with React Native.

• 3+ years of management experience.

 • Writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code for long-term adaptability.

 • Integration experience with RESTful APIs.

 • Knowledge of state management tools like Redux, etc.

 • Experience implementing authentication methods.

 • Experience with WebSockets for live updates.

 • Experience with push notifications.

 • Understanding of app deployment processes for the App Store and Google Play.

 • Performance optimization skills.

 • Experience translating Figma designs into responsive mobile applications.

Problem-Solving & Collaboration:

 • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve app performance, logic, or scalability issues.

 • Strong communication and teamwork skills, especially in a remote environment.

 • Comfort working in an agile, fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.
