Requirements:
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in online performance marketing (ad-tech/iGaming a strong advantage) – must have.
- Fluent spoken and written English – must have.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills; ability to switch between detail focus and big-picture view – must have.
- Willingness to travel internationally for conferences – must have.
- Advanced analytical skills; data-driven mindset; high proficiency in Microsoft Excel – must have.
- Excellent communication skills: clear reporting, persuasive client interaction, and effective cross-team collaboration – must have.
- Independent, self-motivated, decisive, and performance-driven.
- Comfortable collaborating across global time zones.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
- Track record managing large, high-value customer portfolios.
- Strong and effective negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree – preferred.

- Manage an eight-figure annual revenue portfolio with direct accountability for results.
- Own partner relationships across commercial, financial, and marketing fronts, handling day-to-day execution.
- Negotiate and optimize commercial terms backed by analytical data and performance metrics.
- Identify and maximize revenue opportunities within existing partnerships through data analysis.
- Work hands-on with internal teams and operations to deliver on partner needs.
- Continuously monitor and analyze site performance, turning data into actionable improvements.
