Experienced BI Systems Analyst – Digital & Data Division, Data & AI Department 5274

Join our team of BI Systems Analysts within the Data & Analytics (BI) unit of the Technology Division. The role reports directly to the BI Team Lead and includes responsibility for designing, specifying, and managing operational data collection processes while planning ongoing data solutions.

The position also involves ownership of the full business requirements lifecycle, working closely with stakeholders and the development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze user requirements, understand business processes, and derive business insights from data.
• Write detailed specifications (S2T, functional/technical design, process/architecture documents, and data visualization specifications).
• Lead data-related projects, including operational responsibility as a system owner for existing data models and BI systems.
• Collaborate with both business and technology stakeholders in a multi-tasking environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering & Management (Information Systems specialization) from a recognized institution – mandatory.
• Relevant education/training in BI (with emphasis on Data Warehousing – DWH) – mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis (BI/DWH), including writing functional and technical specifications – mandatory.
• Strong experience writing complex SQL queries (SQL Server) – mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a Data Warehouse (DWH) environment – mandatory.
• Proven experience in designing dashboards (Power BI / Qlik Sense) – mandatory.
• Experience developing with ETL tools (Informatica or SSIS) – strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies in BI projects.
• Project management experience – advantage.
