System Analyst

As a Systems Analyst, you will work on one of the organization's core systems for business customers.

The role involves end-to-end process ownership – from gathering business requirements to ongoing product operations throughout its lifecycle.

You'll collaborate in an Agile team environment, perform integrations with multiple interfaces, and participate in designing and implementing new processes as part of large-scale transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform multi-layered systems analysis with a focus on core systems, MS specifications, and NDL services (including external APIs).
• Manage processes end-to-end, from requirement intake to delivery and ongoing maintenance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams as part of an Agile squad.
• Support digital transformation and contribute to building future-oriented architectures.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst.
• Experience in digital systems analysis and process optimization.
• Proven experience in multi-layer specifications and end-to-end process management, with emphasis on core systems, MS specifications, and NDL services.
• Experience as a Systems Analyst in a financial institution - advantage.
• Strong technological background with both big-picture and detail-oriented thinking.
