Manager of Production Operations

Sett is looking for a high-level Manager of Production Operations to lead the operational strategy and execution of our Production Department. This is a role for someone who understands the entire creative production lifecycle - from ideation to delivery - and thrives on turning chaos into clarity.

You’ll manage our operations team and make sure our production workflows run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with teams across Creative, Product, and CS to support growth, onboarding, hiring, and overall performance - all through well-designed systems and structured workflows.

Operations & Team Leadership

• Serve as the direct manager of the operations team (Delivery Operations Managers)
• Build and maintain clear, scalable workflows across the production department
• Own and refine short-term and long-term planning for production delivery and capacity
• Ensure alignment between client needs, creative timelines, and production capabilities
• Resolve cross-team challenges through clear process design and strong communication
• Lead the operational strategy behind new game onboarding and team scaling
• Optimize and document processes across the full creative lifecycle
• Define and track KPIs and goals for project delivery, efficiency, and team performance
• Partner with leadership on resource planning and budgeting

Creative Production Knowledge & Support

• Act as a strategic partner to Creative Leads, understanding and supporting AE, Unity, and 3D workflows
• Make sure workflows are efficient and well-suited for animation, motion, and gameplay ad production
• Identify blockers and proactively develop solutions that improve collaboration and streamline delivery
• Ensure consistency in quality, structure, and communication across all operational functions
• Oversee tools, passwords, and account management to ensure everyone has what they need to work

• 6+ years experience in operations, project management, or post-production management
• Background as a Post Producer or in a similar creative operations role—is a must
• Strong understanding of production in Unity, After Effects, and 3D content creation
• Skilled in building and enforcing structured processes across fast-moving teams
• Excellent communicator - able to clearly align teams, share updates, and collaborate across departments with confidence
• Strong problem-solving mindset, proactive, highly organized, and solutions-oriented
• Comfortable owning both high-level planning and on-the-ground process execution
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in the gaming or ad tech industry is an advantage
