Cyber Security Analyst

We are hiring a Cyber Security Analyst to join a leading financial company based in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Monitor, analyze, and respond to cyber incidents to mitigate threats and prevent future attacks

-Investigate and analyze infrastructure and application-level cyberattacks

-Manage and operate cybersecurity defense tools, including Firewalls, IPS, WAF, DLP, Anti-Virus, EDR, SOAR, SIEM, and Cloud Protection solutions

-Utilize knowledge of communication protocols to analyze network traffic and identify suspicious activity

-Maintain relevant cybersecurity certifications and stay updated on the latest threat intelligence and security trends

Requirements:

• One year of experience in handling, analyzing, and preventing cyber incidents, or relevant certifications in the field
• Familiarity with cybersecurity products such as: Firewall, IPS, WAF, DLP, Anti-Virus, EDR, SOAR/SIEM, Cloud Protection
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as: TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SMTP, UDP, DNS, SSH
• Experience in investigating and analyzing infrastructure and application-level attacks
• Experience working with a SOC – an advantage
