We’re hiring a Product Manager for a global Medical-Tech company based in the Sharon area.

Responsibilities:

-Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs

-Translate market and customer needs into clear product requirements and specifications

-Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement

-Provide product training and support to internal stakeholders and field teams

Requirements:

Two years of experience in product management
Experience working with Agile methodologies and serving as a Product Owner
Experience working with global teams
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry - an advantage
