Business Development Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze Market demand data and historical demand patterns to develop accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and production teams to gather insights on market trends, promotions, and demand shifts.
• Create short- and medium-term demand plans and input them into management systems.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and actual performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Continuously improve demand planning processes using advanced tools and technologies (ERP systems, Excel, BI tools, etc.).
• Prepare reports and analyses for management on demand status and demand trends.
• In store data managment (Display, etc.)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or related fields- at least two years
• Strong data analysis skills and advanced Excel.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
• Relevant degree (Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related)
