Tour Operator (Outgoing Organized Tours)

About the Role

This position includes responsibility for building and operating organized group tours to a wide range of global destinations. The role involves daily communication with international suppliers, negotiation, and providing ongoing professional support to the sales teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tour Operator in outgoing tourism
• Familiarity with a variety of destinations worldwide – preference for Asia, Africa, and Central/South America
• High-level English skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Full command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong proficiency in Gmail and other digital tools
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and structured work style
• Strong teamwork skills and excellent interpersonal communication

Significant Advantage

• Knowledge and experience in aviation systems: ALP / Cyber / Amadeus

Employment Terms

• Full-time position, Sunday to Thursday (no Fridays)
• Hybrid model – 4 days in our Holon office + 1 day remote
