Role Description

• Lead and advance the digital product portfolio in the Business domain, supporting government objectives and achieving defined KPIs.
• Drive cross-government digital products, including opportunity identification, prioritization, barrier removal, and ongoing coordination with governmental and public stakeholders.
• Work in a matrix environment with development, design, and data teams, guiding the backlog and prioritizing both business and technological needs.
• Collaborate on the management of the IT portfolio with government ministries, professional units in the National Digital Agency, and business/technical stakeholders.
• Partner in evaluating tailored solutions for business users, integrating advanced AI capabilities and leveraging innovative technologies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years managing complex products.
• Proven experience leading complex digital product management in the public sector.
• Strong track record in vision and roadmap creation, requirement gathering, backlog management, development lifecycle support, product launch, and continuous improvement of cross-system products with significant impact.
• Experience in driving large-scale digital change and innovation initiatives.
• Proven leadership in digital transformation within large organizations or the public sector, including technology adoption, barrier removal, and initiative prioritization.
• Familiarity with the government ecosystem – processes, work culture, and regulations – with the ability to operate under bureaucratic and regulatory constraints.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Experience leading cross-ministerial professional forums, securing executive buy-in, and driving consensus on strategic initiatives.
