Information Systems Implementer

Job Description:

Implementation and integration of the organization’s information system
Gathering business requirements from end-users and translating them into system specifications
Training users and providing ongoing support

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Information Systems Implementer / Application Specialist – significant advantage
Familiarity with ERP / CRM or other enterprise management systems
Strong business understanding and ability to analyze and document processes
Proficiency in Excel
Ability to work with multiple interfaces
Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented approach, and patience
