User Acquisition Manager

A fast-growing performance marketing agency is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join its Tel Aviv–based team.

The agency specializes in running large-scale campaigns for global brands, leveraging innovation, data-driven strategies, and creative excellence to deliver measurable results across multiple digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize large-scale user acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Analyze campaign data to improve key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
• Develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies to enhance campaign performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and leverage new opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee budgets and ensure efficient media spend while achieving revenue and growth goals

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition or performance marketing.
• Proven success managing high-budget campaigns for international brands.
• Strong knowledge of major digital marketing channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat).
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in attribution and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High-level proficiency in English (written & spoken).
• Experience working with agile methodologies – advantage.
