Senior Data & AI Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager for Data and AI at Opmed.ai, you will lead the design, development, and enhancement of our AI-driven solutions, machine learning assets, and reporting products, powering our platform.

You will collaborate with machine learning engineers, data engineers, and UX designers to build and maintain our AI products and assets. Leveraging your deep expertise in data, analytics, and AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product data driven value, guiding the AI roadmap, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet the needs of our company, customers, and partners.

This role reports to the VP of Product Management.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with data scientists, domain experts, designers and other stakeholders to design, build, and release AI and reporting products.
• Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into actionable user experiences and operational workflows.
• Oversee the end-to-end agile product development lifecycle, from ideation and concept validation to product launch and post-launch monitoring and optimization.
• Define and prioritize the AI products roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables and client commitments with long-term strategic initiatives to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience, in building AI driven SaaS products, with a strong grasp of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
• Strong technical fluency; able to work closely with engineering and data science teams on algorithmic products.
• Proven success in building ML or optimization-based tools from experimentation through agile production deployment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a bias toward action.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Experience in the health informatics domain - an advantage.
