Software Engineer

The Software Team at Nova is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to the development of our complex in-house platform, specifically designed for critical dimension measurements in the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

• Design, develop, and support features for a complex in-house software platform. This includes implementing and troubleshooting sequences, algorithms, optimizations, calibrations, and integrations with other system modules.
• Proactively drive improvements across our domain areas — including tools, processes, technologies, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to integrating our platform with FAB systems and other factory equipment.
• Be part of an Agile Scrum team that values continuous learning, self-improvement, and close collaboration across disciplines to create meaningful impact

Requirements

• BSc in Software Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software design and development
• Minimum of 3 years working in a multidisciplinary SW/HW environment
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem
• Flexibility to work across the full stack – from front-end UI to back-end server components
• A dedicated, self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• High-level English – both written and spoken
• Willingness and ability to travel abroad for short periods when required
