The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international corporations, capital markets, investor relations, large-scale fundraising, and regulatory compliance, particularly in industries involving government procurement, infrastructure, defense, or public sector partnerships. This role is based in the company offices in Israel and requires travel several times a year to the company’s main branches in Dubai and Washington, DC.

The CFO will be responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, securing mid to large-scale investments (over $30-50M+ rounds) from investors, private equity, VCs and strategic financial partners, as well as managing complex financial structures required for long-term government contract execution. Additionally, the CFO will help to plan, oversee IPO Readiness Strategy, ensuring that the company is well-positioned for a potential public listing (NASDAQ, NYSE, or other major exchanges), SPAC transaction or major financial event when the time is right.

Qualifications & Experience

• CPA License - Big Advantage (Preferably U.S., but not mandatory).

• 15+ years of financial leadership experience in international companies, including experience as CFO, VP Finance, Financial Manger, or a similar executive role.

• Proven track record in raising mid-to-large-scale investments (Minimum $30-50M+ rounds) from international investors, private equity, VCs, or potentially government-backed financial institutions - MUST

• Strong expertise in capital markets, long-term deal financing, and financial structuring

for multi-year contracts.

• Deep knowledge of U.S. and international financial regulations, banking relationships,

and compliance frameworks.

• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent ability to communicate complex financial data to executives, investors, and

government stakeholders.

• Extensive experience in government contract financing, public-sector procurement, and regulatory compliance. is a strong advantage.

• Experience in IPO preparation, SPACs, or public market financing is a strong advantage.
