Business Project Manager

We are looking for a Business Project Manager to join the Missile & Space Systems Division, to lead projects and drive business development with international customers, expand the

customer base, and create strategic partnerships.

The position includes:

Leading business projects with international customers (mainly in India)

Business development with international customers

Identifying potential customers, searching for business partnerships and strategic initiatives

Managing negotiations with customers and business partners

High marketing ability – understanding the market and identifying new trends

Driving employees and synchronizing between all project stakeholders

Managing project work plans, risks, and budgets

Identifying and exploiting business opportunities

Reporting project status (business and financial) to both the customer and plant management

Willingness to work overtime if required

International travel for meetings with existing and potential customers

What we are looking for:

B.Sc. in Engineering – required

MBA – advantage

Experience in managing multidisciplinary business projects with international customers – required

Willingness to travel abroad several times a year – required

Very good command of English (speaking, writing, reading) – required

High service orientation and ability to work with international customers – required

Professional knowledge in inertial navigation – advantage
