Private Equity Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. As a Private Equity Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting thorough financial analyses, developing financial models, and assisting in the evaluation of investment opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing investment proposals, performing due diligence, preparing investment memos, and supporting portfolio management activities. You will work closely with senior team members to provide insights and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Financial Modeling and Analytical Skills
• Knowledge and experience in Investments, Private Equity, and Finance
• Proficient in conducting market analysis and due diligence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience with investment analysis tools and software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 years of expirience in consulting or Big 5 financial departments
• CPA or legal advisor (Adv) is a plus
